FAQ

I have never used WiFi before. Is it easy to use?

It is very easy to use, just turn on your pocket WiFi, and go to your phone's WiFi setting and enter the password.

When can I receive the WiFi device?

If you place an order until 5:00 PM, we will ship your kit the same day. Same day delivery is possible except Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa areas.

Can I order on the phone?

Sorry, we don't accept orders on the phone, please order from our homepage.

Can you deliver the WiFi unit to the airport?

Sorry, we don't deliver the unit to the airport. We can deliver the device to your hotel room or company.

How can I pay?

Credit card payment is available. Debit cards, pre-paid cards are not available.

Can you delivery it to a hotel or hospital?

Yes, you can. But please talk to the person at the hotel reception or nurse station about the delivery in advance. Else, we might not be able to deliver.

About our WiFi rental

Rate
  • Rate ＝ "Rental fee" + "Delivery fee" + (Insurance Service fee)
  • Initial cash out and Process fee is free
  • Rental fee will be charged whether you use the internet or not
  • Data communication fee is included in the rental fee
  • Delivery fee is 550 yen (excluding tax) nationwide Japan
  • The return postage becomes the prepayment.
Plan
  • Recommended for Short-term users (1 day to 2 months). Daily plan is a pay-per-use payment system.
  • Rate Cap system, charges daily. Once it is over the maximum amount, you will not be charged daily until the end of the month. This system applies the lowest price automatically.
  • When you either start or finish to use the router in the middle of the month, the rental fee will be charged by the day.
  • "A month" of daily Plan means the 1st (day) or the start of rental to the end of the month. Please be careful that it does not mean 30 days.
Rental period
  • Minimum usage period is 1 day. We will charge you from the date you receive your kit until the return date.
  • Even if you fail to receive your kit you will be charged starting from the scheduled delivery date.
  • You can choose the delivery date. But you want and may not attach it by the shipment situation.
  • You do not have to decide the end date when you make an order (our service). The end date is a receipt date by a transportation(logistics) company for returning the kit. The date when we receive the kit is not your end date.
Payment
  • The rental fee is confirmed at the end of every month. If you use the router for two months, we will charge the fee every month.
  • Debit cards, pre-paid cards payment are not available
  • Issuing of receipt is not available. Your credit card company will issue the credit card statement and will serve as your receipt.
Delivery
  • If you place an order until 5:00 PM on weekdays, we will ship same day and delivered on the next day. Shipping is only on weekdays. We do not ship during weekends and holidays.
  • You can request the delivery date. (Holidays is OK ) You can request the delivery place, such as a hotel, hospital and company.
  • The delivery may be delayed due to the accident, traffic condition and natural disaster.
Insurance Service
  • Insurance service exempts user from full or a part of the compensation payment in the event that the unit gets stolen, damaged, or lost.
  • In case the unit gets lost, damaged, or stolen due to negligence, the user must pay for damages or for the lost or stolen unit.
  • Users who applied for Insurance Service will only need to pay 30% of the total amount.
  • Users can apply for Insurance Service during their application.。
  • Insurance Service only covers the pocket wifi unit. Accessories such as the USB cable, AC adapter, and pouches are excluded.

Returning your kit
  • When returning your kit there is no need to notify us.
  • When you finish using the router, please return the complete WiFi router set to us by courier service such as Yamato Transport Co., LTD. or Sagawa Express.
  • If you lose or damage the unit or any of its accessories, users will be charged extra. (Example: body 40,000 yen, AC adapter 2,800 yen, USB cable 2,000 yen, SIM 3,000 yen).
